8th International Symposium on Recent Advances in Quantitative Remote Sensing (RAQRS'VIII), 21-25 September 2026

This symposium hosted in Torrent (Valencia)-Spain, is the Eighth International Symposium on RECENT ADVANCES IN QUANTITATIVE REMOTE SENSING organised by the Global Change Unit, University of Valencia.

Papers should focus on recent advances and applications of the remote sensing techniques and research methods, covering one or more of the following topics:

  15. Remote Sensing of Ocean and Coastal Environment
  16. Remote Sensing for natural hazards and disaster risk management
  17. Remote sensing of snow and ice in the visible, infrared, and microwave wavelengths
  18. Sensor calibration, atmospheric correction, and product validation
