Location

The Symposium will be held in Torrent (a town of 80000 inhabitants), 9 km from Valencia, in the same place where RAQRS'V was held (Auditorium of Torrent). The symposium is supported by local authorities and the venue is very suitable for our purposes. The hotels selected for the congress are in Valencia. There will be a free bus service from three hotels NH Center, Meliá Plaza and SH Ingles to the venue. Those participants lodged in other hotels can take the bus at any of the selected meeting points or use the lines 2 or 7 of the underground service (Name of the Station: Torrent-Avinguda, at 1km of Auditorium of Torrent) to reach the venue. There is a bus line between this station and the Auditorium. Those driving their own cars can take the Valencia-Torrent motorway.

i) FREE BUS SERVICE

MONDAY 23TH SEPTEMBER: the registration starts at 8 AM. The organizing committee would be grateful if you could register before the opening session at 9:30 AM. With this aim a free bus service will be assured from the three hotels recommended by the organization (NH CENTER, MELIA PLAZA and SH INGLES). Participants staying in other hotels should go to the aforementioned hotels to catch the free bus service. The timetable of the buses from the Hotels to the Auditorium in Torrent will be the following: 7:50 h: Bus from NH Center to Auditorium in Torrent 7:50 h: Bus from SH INGLES, this bus will arrive to MELIA PLAZA 10 minutes later 8:10 h: Bus from NH Center 8:10 h: Bus from SH INGLES, this bus will arrive to MELIA PLAZA 10 minutes later The rest of the day the bus timetable will be the following APPROXIMATELY: Departures from Hotels: 10.00, 14.15, 19.00, 18.00 Departures from Auditorium to Hotels: 15.15, 19.00, 22.00.

TUESDAY 24TH SEPTEMBER Departures from Hotels: 08.15, 10.00, 14.15. Departures from Auditorium to Hotels: 15.15, 21.00.

WEDNESDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER Departures from Hotels: 08.15, 10.00, 14.15. Departures from Auditorium to Hotels: 15.15, 19.00.

FRIDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER Departures from Hotels: 08.45 Departures from Auditorium to Hotels and Airport: 13.00 ii) UNDERGROUND: Lines 2 and 7 assure a frequent communication between Valencia and Torrent (download underground network map at http://www.metrovalencia.es/ In Torrent there are 2 underground stations, please get off in the TORRENT AVINGUDA station. This is 800 m from the Auditorium. There is a frequent public bus service between this station and the Auditorium. The bus stop is located at the exit of the station. iii) BY CAR: There is a road between Valencia and Torrent, parking is freely available by the Auditorium.

ACCESS TO THE HOTELS

For participants arriving by plane to Valencia airport, there is not a special service from the airport to the hotels, therefore we recommend taking a taxi to arrive at the Hotels (price around 20-25 EUR for participants staying in the NH CENTER and 25-30 EUR in the MELIA PLAZA and SH INGLES). Participants can also take the Aero-Bus, the direct bus services that connect the airport with the city of Valencia:

• Itinerary: Airport-Valencia-Airport. Direct service.
• Stops: Airport departures-Avenue del Cid (opposite to Local Police Office)- St. Bailén-St. Ángel Guimerá (next to Juán Llorens street)-Avenue del Cid-Airport departures.
• Timetable: From 6.00 to 22.00. Every 20 minutes.
• Price: 2.5 €.
